PLEASE READ & AGREE BEFORE SENDING

-Please note we do not pick up bouncers in the dark due to safety regulations. Be mindful of this when planning your event.-Please mark the Correct Party Time on your form; we always strive to be as generous as possible with our rental times however we must know the Correct Times so we can ensure everyone has a successful event.
-We must have clear and safe access to your yard. No hills, ac units blocking access. 
-Please make sure you have at least 2ft of additional space on all 4 sides of the unit. Ensure you have enough space for the unit prior to booking.-The area you are planning to set up should be flat and not have over hanging trees or power lines.-The set up location must be easily accessible for the delivery driver.-The ground surface MUST be free of debris such as animal waste; the delivery driver reserves the right to refuse delivery if the ground surface is unclean.-Please be advised it is the clients responsibility to choose an age appropriate unit for their event.-If you have booked a water unit the grass MUST be lush, mowed grass should be bagged. Extra fees will apply if there is excessive debris in the unit.-Please be advised that Edmonton Bouncers & Games reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the above requirements are not met.
